How long does it take?
Usually minutes. We email you the moment your video is ready.
What happens to my photos?
They render your video, then everything — photos, clips, video and branding — is deleted 7 days after your project is created.
Can I use the free video on my listing?
Yes — that's the point. It's the full video, just with our watermark on it.
Do iPhone photos work?
Yes. HEIC photos are converted to JPEG in your browser automatically before they upload.
Can I change things after I submit?
Yes, any time from your edit link — reorder, swap or add photos, or change your branding. Every change re-renders the video, free.
What's the difference between my two links?
The edit link is private and does everything — reorder, branding, payment. The watch link is shareable and just plays the current video.
Who owns the photos I upload?
You do. Uploading confirms you own them or have the right to use them.
Is it really free?
Yes — one free video per email address per day. A second video the same day can still be made for $10.
If I already have the free video, can I pay later?
Yes. Pay any time from your edit link and we remove the watermark from that same video — no re-uploading.
