Privacy

Mixinum is built and operated in Australia and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

We store, for each project:

• The email address you give us, to send your video link and confirm it's you.
• The photos you upload, the video clips and final video generated from them.
• Any branding you add — logo, agent names, phone numbers, headshots.
• Basic technical data needed to operate the service, such as an IP-derived rate-limit token (not your raw IP address) and payment records if you pay to remove the watermark.

All of the above — photos, clips, video, branding, and the project record — is permanently deleted 7 days after the project is created, whether or not it was paid for. We don't keep backups beyond that window.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details. If you pay, Stripe retains its own transaction records under its own privacy policy.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use your photos or email for marketing or model training.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to delete it early, or raise a concern at any time: hello@mixinum.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
