Mixinum turns photos you upload into a video. By uploading, you confirm you own the photos or have the right to use them, and you let us process them into a video for you.

Every photo made into a video counts toward that video: each photo of its first version, and each photo added or replaced later, even if you remove it again. A free video uses up to 60 photos, with our watermark; photos after 60 are left out. Removing the watermark costs AED 20 (AED) per 60 photos: AED 20 for up to 60, twice that for up to 120, and so on, counting every photo already made. You can add 60 more photos to the same video for AED 20 at any time. Paying needs a free account: confirming your email from the link we send creates it and signs you in, and after that you sign in with a code we email you. You pay by card. Prices are shown in AED; you pay the amount shown at checkout.

Platinum packs: 15 Platinum videos cost AED 240, or 30 Platinum videos cost AED 400 (AED), paid once by card from your account. Each Platinum video pays for 60 photos of one of that account's videos, the same as a single payment: a video of up to 60 photos uses one, up to 120 uses two, and so on. Pack videos never expire. They belong to the account that bought them, and everyone on that account can use them. They can't be moved to another account. Packs can't be refunded, except where the law requires it. If a pack's payment is refunded or disputed, up to the videos it bought come off your videos left to use (videos already made stay).

Platinum videos we give (now and then by email) work like pack videos: each pays for 60 photos of one video, without our watermark. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged, moved or refunded.

Anyone on an account can add other email addresses to it and remove them. Everyone on an account can make, pay for and delete its videos and use its Platinum videos. Free videos stay per email address: adding people to an account doesn't add free videos.

Use one account per person or business. Making extra accounts or addresses to get more Platinum videos breaches these terms, and we may cancel those videos, or those accounts' unused videos, without notice.

Everything tied to a video (its photos, clips, the video itself, branding) is permanently deleted 30 days after its first version is ready, or 30 days after you pay (photos that never become a video: 30 days after upload). Later edits don't extend it. Your video's page and its link to share then stop working. Download what you want to keep.

We don't review uploads. You're responsible for what you upload and for how you use the video. Check it before you use it: the room order and each shot are made automatically and can be wrong. We may remove content or refuse a request that breaches these terms or the law.

The service is provided as is and as available, with no warranties beyond those the law requires. We don't promise uptime, speed, results or replies to messages. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for a video is limited to what you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
