• Change a video: open your video's page from our email. Change the order, or replace or remove photos. We make the video again.
• A video failed: something went wrong on our side. Open your video's page and press Try again. If it fails again, we'll look at it.
• Lost your link: sign in to your Dashboard with the email you used. Your videos are there.
• Link stopped working: the video was deleted. Make a free video.
