No. Every room photo becomes a moving shot: the camera moves into the room. It isn't a zoom on a still photo. This is in every video, at no extra charge. A floor plan stays still.

Paid videos go in the priority queue: usually ready within an hour. Free videos go in the standard queue; your video's page shows your place and the time left. We email you when it's ready.

Yes, on your video's page: change the order, add, replace or remove photos, or change the branding, then tap Apply changes. Each photo you add or replace counts toward the video's photos (60 free), even if you remove it later. The old video plays until the new one is ready.

We leave it out and send the video without it. To try that photo again, replace it on your video's page.

Replace or remove the photo that looks wrong, or change the order. We make the video again. If a video failed, something went wrong on our side: press Try again on its page. If it fails again, we'll look at it.

The link to share, on your video's page. It only plays the video. It stops working when the video is deleted (we keep every video for 30 days), so for a long property, download the video and post it yourself. Keep the link in our email private: it can change the video.

You don't need to make one. When you open the link in our email, we make your account and sign you in. To sign in again, we email you a 6-digit code: no password. Your account keeps your videos and agents in one place.
